If for any reason the Customer is dissatisfied with their purchase, unworn items may be returned for size exchange, item exchange or voucher deductible on next purchase expiring one year from date of issue.

Return Instructions

To request return authorization, the Customer must send a request to [email protected]. The e-mail must specify the item codes of the items to be returned and the desired compensation: size exchange, item exchange, or voucher to be deducted from a possible future order. Once the return request has been received, PIERO CALZATURE SRL will send the Customer a written confirmation, containing the return instructions.
The return must be made with shipping paid by the purchaser.
The return shipment must be made within 10 days of receipt of the order.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

• All footwear and accessories must be returned together with their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way, nor used as the only outer packaging.
• Returns must be sent to PIERO CALZATURE SRL – VIA DELLE LAME 56 BOLOGNA.
• In the event that the Customer receives defective merchandise, or that errors occur in shipments by PIERO CALZATURE SRL. Arrangements can be made by telephone at no. +39 051 558680
• PIERO CALZATURE SRL reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns sent by couriers other than the one indicated in the email with instructions to return.
• PIERO CALZATURE SRL will not accept returned merchandise if the return does not comply with all the terms and conditions set forth in the return policy. In such cases, the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.
